A Wine Odyssey event is a completely customised wine themed experience to meet your event objectives, create excitement, increase involvement, generate positive word-of-mouth and promote memorable brand association.

Wine Odyssey can be customised for team building, networking and occasional events – in sit down or stand up format.  With Steve Kline or Clare Burder (or both!) hosting, and with Julia from St. Hakea handling the guest list, styling, venue management, catering & scheduling – Wine Odyssey is a full service event concept built around your objectives.

The concept behind Wine Odyssey is to bring together great wine, charismatic wine educators and great food into beautifully styled spaces. Clare or Steve will select a series of wines to a theme and present them one by one, along with matched canapés or cheese. Each wine is poured out, introduced, tasted  and discussed – allowing time for your guests to make their own conclusions & satisfy their own curiosities. It’s an  adventure encompassing new and old world wine, common and obscure varieties, interesting facts and fascinating myths – all the while keeping it fresh and exciting via taste experiences, stories and insights.

STEVE KLINE is the founder of Wine Agent. He’s worked in the wine industry for 28 years  in education and ambassadorial roles, travelling Australia and the world to research wine regions and speak at wine events. He’s been crucial in developing and introducing new wine varieties to Australia and working hand-in-hand with chefs to create exquisite food and wine matching experiences.
