The Humble Tumbler Purchase Terms and Conditions

Payment

Full course fee is payable at time of enrolment. Any other arrangements are at the discretion of administration.

Transfer

You may transfer your enrolment to a subsequent course no less than 14 working days from the original commencement date. This must be requested in writing to clare(at)thehumbletumbler.com.au. With less notice we will endeavour to find a place for you, however please note this will be at the discretion of administration – you will not be able to choose the course or class.

Refunds 

You’re entitled to a full refund if a request is made in writing 30 days prior to the event.Refunds will be issued either to the credit card used to purchase, or bank details provided by the customer.

Delivery Policy

Product is non-tangible therefore standard delivery conditions do not apply. Courses are delivered on the dates stated in the product description of the website. You will be notified by email and telephone if any changes occur. Gift vouchers are delivered to the nominated person by registered post within 2 working days of purchase. Please allow 5 working days for delivery in Victoria.

Refund Policy

Any purchase is entitled to a complete refund up to 30 working days before the course date commencement. Submissions must be made in writing to clare@thehumbletumbler.com.au

Vouchers

Vouchers purchased online will be sent via express post to the recipient, which can be tracked online. The Humble Tumbler requires 3 days turnaround for all hardcopy vouchers to be made and sent. Vouchers can also be requested in PDF version. 

Voucher Recipients

For all events (even if your voucher has a specific event listed) your booking is not confirmed until you register via email to clare@thehumbletumbler.com.au. We advise to book as early as possible.

> It is the recipients responsibility to join our mailing list or check the website for event dates. Your booking will be confirmed via email. By making a booking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions

> Any cancellations or transfer requests must be made at least 14 days prior to the event for priority rescheduling. With less notice we will endeavour to find a place for you, however please note this will be at the discretion of administration – you will not be able to choose the event.

> Our schedule runs from March to November ONLY. If you have a voucher that was purchased in December, it expires the following November. For all other vouchers, expiry is one year from purchase.

> Your voucher can be used for any course or class. It cannot be redeemed for cash.

Disclaimer

The Humble Tumbler makes every effort to ensure that course information supplied is correct at all times. We reserve the right to change course schedules, locations, fees and tutors when necessary. All attempts will be made to notify enrolled students of changes.

 

The Humble Tumbler Privacy Policy

The Humble Tumbler and our transaction service provider Eway (herein after collectively referred to as The Humble Tumbler) is committed to protecting your privacy as an internet user whenever you buy goods or services.   • Only use personal information provided by you for the purposes for which it was collected
  • Not disclose your personal information to a third party unless your prior consent is obtained
  • Ensure that your personal information will not be disclosed to other state institutions or authorities except if required by law or other regulation

Use and Disclosure of Information

The Humble Tumbler uses the information to obtain authorization of the transaction from the issuing bank of the credit card and the bank which The Humble Tumbler is associated with to process payment. The Humble Tumbler will never disclose this information to third parties.

Security

The Humble Tumbler is committed to data security. When The Humble Tumbler transmits sensitive information (such as credit card numbers) The Humble Tumbler protects it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. No credit card details are stored onsite.
