Meet Clare Burder: Wine educator, wine producer and the director of the Humble Tumbler. Don’t worry if you didn’t realise that a wine educator was an actual job…some would say it doesn’t really qualify. All that drinking and eating and talking and more drinking. Nevertheless, for our purposes here, it is indeed a job and Clare is at your service to take you on adventures through the magnificent, inspiring world of food and wine. As well as the courses below Clare also designs and hosts unique corporate events ,  writes all sorts of things about wine & sake, as well as running her little wine label Eminence Wines.
